Oratech authorities who attended as speaker and attendee to the ‘5 th Black Sea and Caspian Regulatory Conference’ in İstanbul which done by Information Telecommunicatin and Community Association had positive meetings with home authorities and abroad auttorities on April 28-29,2010.
Authorities from the Black Sea and Caspian Region and other regions Ministries of Communication and their regulator associations, International Telecommunication Union, the various universities and enterprise came together, as well as the broadband, a successfull presentation about MEIR was given by Fatih Ayhan Haktanır who is Oratech’s General Director and who exchanged of views about several topical subject.
Oratech authorities, who came into contact varius with fifteen different attende countries , declared metting was possitive.
